Managing risk is a central part of Valcambi strategies. The Board of Directors have built a genuine culture of "doing the right thing" to offset the risks.

Our Audit, Risk and Credit Committee (ARC Committee), in fulfilling its fiduciary responsibility to the Board, has oversight commitment to the following areas: financial reporting, internal controls, compliance with laws, regulations and ethics rests with the executive management of the Company.

Our key objectives are to safeguard the reputation, to avoid environmental risks, to ensure compliance with legal and social requirements and to have a high risk transparency.

The Executive Board and the Management of Valcambi take all the measures to assure the efficiency of the Internal Control System according to the Swiss legal regulations CO Art. 728a.
Our Internal Control objectives relate to the reliability of our accounting and financial reporting and have an important role in preventing and detecting fraud and protecting our organization's resources.
