ingot. For almost 40 years Valcambi has been and still is the sole manufacturer
of precious metal bars for Credit Suisse.

Cast Bars
These traditionally have a lower quality finish and are produced by pouring
molten precious metal directly into moulds.
Valcambi produces a range of cast bars in sizes that include: 5 tolas, 10
tolas, 50 grams, 100 grams, 500grams and 1 kilogram. A detailed list is available.
Valcambi has fully automated kilobar and tola bar manufacturing equipment
that allows for production 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to minimise order
times.
For gold, which is used as a medium of exchange in certain markets, there
has been a demand for cast products from both big and small investors. Valcambi
has developed several different bar standards that cover the needs of the market,
and our flexibility ensures we can deliver new designs quickly to our customers.
